OMG why will none of these PC Nintendo DS Emulator downloads work!?!?!?!?

I have tried downloading like 3 different ones and for some reason they save all the folders as windows media playewr files and tries to play them on there. Is this how it is suppose to be or what!?!?! I really want this but cant get any of them to work! Can sum1 tell me about how to fix this so they work or one that they have downloaded quick!!! Because i really want this!!!! hahahah Thanks-
